Hotel accomodation

Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories. In each hotel a limited number of rooms have been provisionally reserved for congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel.

How to book a room:

In order to make a hotel reservation please

• book online. Internet booking is preferred by the organizers.
• complete the appropriate section of the RESERVATION FORM for Hotel / Transfers / Social Programme and send or fax it to the address mentioned on the top of the form

To avoid double charges please send the form only once!

Please note that on the online registration form only the nights during the congress are bookable. If you need pre or after congress nights please refer to our colleagues in the registration department.

When to book a room:

Payments:

A non-refundable prepayment covering the costs for the first night is to be made to guarantee the reservation. Following credit cards are welcome: American Express, Master, VISA. All other nights as well as extras at the hotel are supposed to be paid at the hotel directly upon to departure.

Confirmation:

Upon receipt of the prepayment covering the costs for the first night, participants will receive a confirmation/invoice which is supposed to be presented when checking in at the hotel.

Changes:

Changes are only accepted in writing and have to be made prior to 15July 2009. A fee of 35€ per change of hotel reservation will be charged.

Cancellations:

• In case of cancellation prior to 15July 2009:
  The non-refundable prepayment for the first night will be retained
• In case of cancellation between 16 July 2009 and 20 August 2009:
  50% of the total costs for the entire stay will be charged
• Thereafter as well as in case of no show
  The total costs for the entire stay will be charged
