Registration Information

All congress participants are kindly asked to register for the Congress, Social and Accompanying Persons Programme via the online registration. All participants have to submit a completed registration form.

Registration to SIOP 2008 is now only possible at the registration desk at the Estrel Hotel & Convention Center in. Registration Hours are as follows:

Friday, October 3: 7.00 – 20.00
Saturday, October 4: 7.00 – 18.30
Sunday, October 5: 7.00 – 18.00
Monday, October 6: 7.00 – 18.00

Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Congress may contact siop2008@siop2008.de specifying the necessary details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or other expenses.

General Registration Information

Participant’s registration fee includes:

• Access to Sessions & Exhibition
• Welcome Reception on October 3, 2008
• Coffee breaks morning and afternoon
• Lunch on 4, 5 and 6 October 2008
• Congress Documentation

Accompanying persons’ fee includes:

• Access to the Exhibition
• Welcome Reception on October 3, 2008
• Berlin City Tour on October 4, 2008 (half day tour)

Confirmation:
A confirmation and receipt will be sent on receipt of the registration form and payment.

Payments, Cancellation and Refunds:
Deadline for pre-registration is August 31st, 2008. Should payment/registration be received thereafter, you will receive your confirmation documents at the congress office on site. Registration and services booked can only be confirmed after receipt of full prepayment or valid credit card details.
In case of cancellation of participation before August 31st, 2008, registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 32,- per person. After that date, there will be no refund whatsoever. Name changes will be charged with € 18,- per registration. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when returning your registration form. For the rewriting of invoices € 18,- will be charged. Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and VAT rate. All prices and details are subject to changes beyond our control.
